Works under the direction of the Wave Coordinator to coordinate and execute against deployment readiness and cutover checklist and timeline. Proactively contact restaurant managers before major software conversion to ensure preparatory activities are completed, and after major software conversion to ensure all issues are identified and resolved.
o Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Candidate should be supportive and encouraging to customer community.
o Best suited Candidate should be Organized and Detail Oriented.
o Candidate should have the ability to collaborate effectively with internal project team as well as the business and operational departments.
o Candidate should have the ability to act as liaison to multiple diverse groups.
o Candidate should have familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems as the primary tool to capture customer data and schedule tasks.
o Ensure all readiness and cutover checklist items are accomplished according to the deployment timeline for assigned deployment waves.
o Conduct regular communications with restaurant leadership to prepare for conversion.
o Track status of readiness, schedule and facilitate Go/No-Go decision meetings for a deployment wave.
o Proactively identify issues, mitigate issues, and follow through until closure of each issue.
o Demonstrate strong commitment and drive to achieve results.
o Maintain focus on key priorities despite conflicting demands.
o Provide guidance and support to user community
o Anticipate customer needs and seek to provide an effective solution.
1 Year contract could go perm.
