Job Description:

    1 year contract - local candidates only. Must be able to work W2 hourly

    The Microsoft Project Server Developer/Administrator is a cross-functional role.

    The role includes responsibilities for working directly with internal customers to help them solve business problems relating to Enterprise Project Management [EPM] using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server, and Microsoft SharePoint platforms.

    The role involves analysing requirements, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business solutions based on Microsoft Project Server, and Microsoft SharePoint. The role includes responsibilities for configuration, custom development, testing, deployment, and administration of project management solutions.

    The role may include internal customer facing consulting, training, guidance, and user adoption activities.

    Systems Scope:

    Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft SharePoint, SSRS Reporting Services Development Scope: The Microsoft Project Server Developer/Administrator will be involved with systems configuration and custom software development activities including business report development. Nature and Scope: The Microsoft Project Server Developer/Administrator may have responsibility for software configuration, software development, and software systems support activities.

    The Microsoft Project Server Developer/Administrator is involved in, and is involved in the following activates and functions:

    Provides application-level support for the Project Server environment.

    Gathers business requirements for system use and reporting.

    Develop appropriate views, custom fields, create calendars, and templates to meet the customer needs.

    Apply changes to the Enterprise Global templates.

    Manage the Enterprise Resource Pool.

    Setup permissions (including users, groups, and categories) to meet client needs.

    Provide tier 3 support for application users, develop helpdesk scripts for support and triage at the Tier 1 and Tier 2 levels

    Develop and implement deployment and change.
