2000 – Present, Carl R Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, TX
Contractor, Web Application Developer and Site Lead

As Site Lead, I managed other employees on the I.T. Support contract held by Lockheed-Martin. Using VB.Net, ASP.Net and SQL Server 2005/2008 developed enterprise-wide web applications for one of the few Medical Centers in the Department of Defense. Some of the applications developed included: a web-based application to request appointments over the public Internet, robotically transfer CHCS appointment registrations into Essentris, construct data-driven report cards for medical providers, and many web-based reports based on a mirror site housing the major portions of the CHCS system. I designed the mirror site starting with text file importing up to the current version doing many automatic extractions from CHCS using SqlServer robotic packages.
Most of these packages use the Intersystems Cache interface to CHCS.

Before Darnall, I held technical positions as a programmer at General Motors, IBM and Texas Instruments.
At General Motors, I had about 10 years experience on the Alpha/Vax VMS system for assembly plant factory floor control.
