Agency Derivatives Services Unification (ADSU) is the latest strategic initiative undertaken in Futures world to on board OTC trade processing and reporting. This is being done to remove the redundant pieces of infrastructure/architecture which performs the similar functions but for the different asset classes’ i.e. F&O and OTC swaps and to integrate & tie up together the similar across both the asset classes.

PROJECT: AZ Canada Optimal Targeting Remediation

Synopsis:

The project is to enable Astrazeneca implement a new “Target Master” for all Sales and Service channels at AZC.


The current Optimal Targeting (OT) solution provides a means for setting and tracking detailing activity targets for the Primary Care, Primary Specialty, and Specialty Care sales reps in Canada. Each district/territory is provided a spreadsheet that contains a list of customers identified in their territory. That list describes the historical detailing activity for each customer, ratings based on the number of prescriptions written by that customer (and the percentage of those that are AstraZeneca Brands) and recommendations, based on market analysis, for the level of activity that should occur during the current year.

AstraZeneca is considering building a new version of the OT solution with the following expected benefits:


EDW is getting remediated to accommodate the changes made to the existing system and load the data into EDW.

AstraZeneca had implemented a Master data Management system to provide consistent dimension data. As a downstream system, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) had to be modified to reflect the data from the MDM. Existing systems were supposed

to be cut off post remediation.

PROJECT: IR – TIS – Development


TIS is a software application that collects and analyzes data from around 10000 monitored customer facilities. Facilities which are located across all the zones in the US are equipped with Tracer Summit building automation systems to collect records every 5 to 15 minutes from each equipment. TIS generates charts, reports, and notifications derived from that data after performing analytic calculations and sends to Business users periodically Trane-TIS loads transactional data collected from equipments across facilities into Warehouse tables (Dimension and Facts). Analytic calculations are performed on warehouse data and metrics required for charts, reports and notifications are populated into WH.

Product: Ericsson Charging System (CS) – Charging Data Reporting System

Ericsson Charging System is designed to enable real-time charging of voice, SMS, MMS, content services and applications deployed in the operator-controlled domain.


The Charging System is the evolution of Ericsson Prepaid System, but is now also targeting post-paid subscribers. With the Charging System you can charge for your applications, services and content in real-time and reach all subscribers, no matter if they are pre- or post-paid.

Charging Data Reporting System (CRS):

Charging Data Reporting System (CRS) is a charging data toolbox that collects, enriches and correlates charging information from multiple sources for storage in the system. This charging data point is accessible online for Customer Care (usage and account history). Data Marts are used to report on the aggregated enriched data and to speed up the reporting performance. Standard audit and financial reports are provided; more reports can be created using the Business Objects reporting environment. CRS is the base for three features: Usage and Account History, Enriched Data Exports and Enriched Reporting.
