Create Business Rules (MS Word) from existing system, Process Flow (MS Visio), Screen Mockups (Balsamiq) for existing system and component linkage (Bluprint).

Responsible for developing COBOL / CICS application programs utilizing: DB2, VSAM and WEBSERVICES from specification provided by the vendor. End Users in multiple locations, accessing multiple mainframe environments. Some mainframe front/back-ends and some web front-end with mainframe back-end. z/OS environment with CICS T3.2 and COBOL3.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Ongoing analysis and review of User requirements for business and technology changes. All strategic planning and ongoing support of subsidiaries to including: Title (e.g. National Legal Services Title, Inc.), Mortgage (e.g. Nations Mortgage & Investments, Inc.), Lending (e.g. Nations Business Capital, Inc.) and Land Development (e.g. Nations Development, Inc.),. System wide our staff was composed of nearly 200 Brokers and 100 support staff. Additionally, I worked diligently in developing Technology strategies and deploying them across corporate structure to create work flow efficiencies and reduce overall operating cost. I established mirrored data centers in our Redding, CA and Coral Springs, FL facilities creating a real-time Disaster Recovery capability.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Blue Care Network was created by acquiring five (5) separate HMOs. I was engaged to consolidate the individual Information Management systems on to one new acquired centralized software package and database. Project required that I quickly develop an understanding of the new software package to be utilized in centralizing these five diverse HMO businesses. I addition, I needed to have a complete understanding of how each respective HMO business was conducted in order to properly migrate the various databases to the new system.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Engaged in the Designed, Development and Implementation of a large scale, real-time Integrated Corporate Material Control System for the Just-In-Time Inventory Control. The project employed Chrysler's System Design Methodology (SDM).
