ADO 2.1 was used for database access. Client system utilized a local Access 97 database which synchronized with a SqlServer 7.0 database. Client communicated with a server based ActiveX object running under MTS through DCOM. Responsible for design and development of entire project.

Developed major subsystem ("Rates Manager") used in all computerized shipping manifest systems representing hundreds of millions of dollars of sales over the last several years. Software was written in ‘C’ and implemented in both PC and embedded systems. Led a team of four(4) engineers as project manager to maintain, enhance and develop the "Rates Manager" on a number of platforms including international versions. Shared in two(2) patents and a trade secret on this project.

Developed software for 68000 microcomputer based thermal analyzer control system using Idris (Unix type) operating system and ‘C’. Responsible for several processes including a shared code process implemented to save on memory usage as well as a process to receive and display data from thermal analyzer instruments.
Worked on laboratory management system running on a Perkin-Elmer 3200 mini-computer. Software was written in Fortran 77 ran under OS/32 operating system and employed DMS-32 data management system. Wrote custom software for major corporate clients such as Exxon and Kellogg. Responsible for developing requirements as well as software development and testing.
