As the Regional Manager of Support my responsibilities included staffing, managing, and coordinating 20 presales engineers and post sales field engineers whose primary responsibilities include sales support and customer support for the New England region.

Bay Networks Sr. Product Manager 1996 to 1997
Responsible for the success of Bay Network's ASN Router.

Electronic Data Systems PCD Manager 1992 to 1996
Responsible for the planning and operation of EDS PCD's data communications network. Managed a staff of network engineers responsible for the planning and maintenance of this mission critical, high availability network consisting of bridges, routers, T1 multiplexers, multiple Vax clusters, Unix workstations and Novel file servers.
