-Promoted to Integrated Audio Group manager with responsibility of
planning day to day activities of six member team. Responsible for
design and implementation of custom feature modifications and customer
issue resolution for audio device driver across multiple Windows
operating systems (WinVista, Win2K, WinXP) using Window Device Driver
Model (WDM) for a customer base with total annual sales of $70 million.
-Coordinate customer requirements and all delivery schedules with
Applications Engineering.
-Responsible for coordination of all product releases with QA.
-Guide and direct Asian based customer development team in Taiwan who support our Asian customer base.
-Support all US based customers.
-Provided design critique of new eMedia product which is based on
Analog’s multipurpose Blackfin processor and utilizes uCLinux OS running
on a MIPS processor.

-Team Leader for Integrated Audio Group. Responsibilities include
coordination of efforts for six member team of senior engineers which
includes new feature development for customer base, timely problem
resolution of any customer issues, and periodic software release of
device drivers across all supported platforms.
-Reorganized team and promoted new methods to streamline the process of
prioritizing customer issues, fixing software, and releasing new code

interface with Foxboro's proprietary I/O hardware. Knowledge of NT and SOLARIS DDK
was required.
- Designed, implemented, and tested a C++ application used to configure NT Registry
entries for an ISA card which interfaced the PC to Foxboro's Process Control hardware.
