the Internet, and supports multiple languages.
Project Manager for
a $1M+ development project for a high definition medical camera used for
endoscopy, arthroscopy and other medical procedures.
Embedded software
design and development for a colonoscopy video control unit. The device interfaces to a 3mm camera head,
providing composite, S-Video and RGB video outputs. On Screen Display (OSD), Picture-In-Picture (PIP) and other video
processing is performed by the device.
The device communicates with the master controller using CAN (Controller
Area Network). Nathaniel manufactures

PC application
software design and development for a rowing machine racing system. Graphical software displays the real-time
position of “boats” in a race. The PC
software communicates with the rowing machines using USB or a wireless
interface, transmitting race position and other data.
Embedded software
design and development for an arthroscopic surgery system. The device is a brushless DC motor
controller capable of simultaneously operating two independent surgical tools,
including bone shavers, drills and saws.
