·         Expert in configuration using the IMG. Have gone live with 8 major SAP implementations

·         Gone live with first company in USA with 4.6B. This was an upgrade from 3.1H to 4.6B-3/2000

·         Was one of two US consultants trained on PP-PI release 3.0 in Waldorff, Germany in April 1995.

·         Was responsible for upgrading JSLP2 (Product Costing) for SAP America. Developed the training manual and had ownership for the US.
