·        Directed all changes made to the Prudhoe Bay Maintenance System. Managed contractors’ work for two thirds of these modifications and personally programmed all other changes.

·        Improved service level of the Prudhoe Bay Maintenance System (IMS DB/DC) used to schedule and to track maintenance of oil production equipment.

·        Help desk support for Mainframe, Networks, E-mail, CAD systems, and Macintosh / IBM PCs.

·        Created 1300+ FOCUS reports for 2 IMS DB/DC systems. Established interactive access to all FOCUS and COBOL reports.
