SUMMARY PROFILE

·        20 years of experience implementing and automating software solutions with a strong focus on EDI technology (since 1987) has provided me with the ability to identify an issue, present it in the simplest manner to the right audience and find the best, cost-effective solution.

·        I was lucky to see EDI at work on different platforms: Mainframes, UNIX, NT and PC and also working with many different EDI standards and internal proprietary standards as well as a multitude of EDI transactions. This, in addition to being exposed to many industries (Finance, Transportation, Communication, Oil and more), makes me an extremely strong EDI mapper.

·        I have excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. I can lead a team of other EDI professionals or perform any EDI related task, including estimating work effort, system analysis and design, mapping and translation, integration into BAAN or SAP, testing and quality control, standards development, risk assessments, development of work flow and scripts (Batch or UNIX), designing backup and recovery procedures, creating EDI Guidelines (using EDISIM or SpecBuilder), providing training seminars, and anything else related to EDI implementation.
