·    Managed analysis, development, testing and QA efforts of a large billing & accounts receivables (BAR), claims and remittance system and HIPAA (ASCx12N ANSII Transactions 837, 835, 270, 271, 279, 277, 834, 824, 997, TA1, and 275) compliance for patient data confidentiality for over 1,500 clinical labs, hospitals and health clinics nationwide.

·    GAMBRO is a dialysis provider, renal care, blood bank technology and therapeutics company based in Stockholm, Sweden.

·    Performed project IT Governance functions for all phases of RUP and other legacy SDLC systems.

·    Managed domestic and off-shore resources for design, application development and testing teams in Stockholm and India.

·    Managed large training program to overhaul State Farm’s software testing and QA practices to improve overall quality of their existing State Farm’s Farm Enterprise Testing Program (SFETP).

·    Developed new test strategies and plans for testing methodologies corporate wide.

·    Designed testing processes, procedures, metrics, needs analysis, learning objectives, schedules and implementation plans.

·    Primary systems used were PeopleSoft financials/HR for domestic operations and SAP AP/AR/GL for international.

·    Used goal-directed agent technology from AdaptivEnterprise Suite from Agentis to design goal-directed agents, rules engines, situational analysis and design patterns for implementation of a complex pricing & taxing global system with exception-driven business processes.

·    Applied ETL using Ab Initio for high-speed data bridge between external database of record systems for SAP.

·    Managed several off-shore software design and development teams in India, Indonesia, Mexico, Germany and British Telecom, England.

·    Conducted performance and load stress testing for the LSOG 4&5 telecom initiatives involving order & pre-order testing of OBF data and quality assurance efforts along with test results, IV&V and QA functions.
