· Responsible for Construction Administration / Superintendent for California Lutheran University, Sports and Fitness Projects, which includes the new 100,000 SF, Sports and Fitness Complex, Bob Samuson Aquatic Center, Sparky Anderson Baseball Field and Stadium, and Track and Field Facilities.

· Responsible for securing approval of materials to be installed and coordinating deliveries for a $24 million dollar tilt-up concrete construction Sports and Fitness Center project.

· Maintained contract documents and obtaining resolutions to problems that surface during construction. Involved with contract and budget administration.

· Confirmed activities of project schedule and in daily contact with General Contractor.

· Scheduled and organized campus construction work, oversee subcontractors and personnel, and communicate directions clearly.
