Outlined security requirements for RACF regression and new feature testing objectives and technical scenarios for deployment phase of migration project.  Advised adapting specific technical testing objectives for signoff of the final migration environment.  Acted as a liaison between IBM Software Migration National Team and corporate security staff to adopt IBM industry recommendations to gain the best value from the Conversion Tool investment (used to create the RACF infrastructure from originating Top Secret environment).
