Ø	Direct sourced and recruited packaging equipment / supplies, fine paper, and facility supplies (janitorial & sanitary) sales professionals for the west coast.
Contract Recruiting Manager / Site Manager, Riverside Publishing, Atlanta GA 
Ø	Recruited, hired, and managed a team of 12 test administrators for the largest standardization project of the fifth edition Stanford-Binet (Intelligence Scales)

Human Resources / Recruiter, Georgia Institute of Technology, 5/1999 to Nov. 2000
Annual full time funded position with a duel directorate for the Office of Human Resources and the Office of Information Technology. 
Ø	Responsibilities included sourcing resumes pre-qualifying candidates, completing various human resource related documents.  Recruited for Peoplesoft, SCT Banner, Oracle, Sun (Solaris) and all customer support (help desk) and system support help desk staff.  
Ø	Supported the hiring initiatives for all seven Colleges and the research institute.  Interfaced with senior management and addressed issues like cost per hire and retention.  
Ø	Personally filled over 160 technical positions in the first 18 months and decreased open requisition load by over 80% while updating all candidate-tracking systems.

Ø	Engaged by Kelly Services to hire 70 printer and plotter help desk professionals.  Position required prescreening and testing of all candidates prior to submittal.
Contract Recruiter, SunTrust Banks, Inc. Atlanta GA  
Ø	Sourced and prescreened all Marketing Professionals for the Y2K compliance project.  
Contract Recruiter, First Union Corporation, Charlotte, NC & Atlanta GA 
Ø	Interfaced with marketing and corporate executives to launch a 300m "Future Bank" initiative for the East Coast.  Position required prescreening and testing (Acuvision) of all candidates prior to submittal.
