WILLIAMS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, Tulsa, OK 2000 - 2002
Project Manager II - Corporate Web and LAN Applications
• Managed company-wide evaluation project of Siebel, Remedy and Tracker products at Williams. Saving the company over $600,000 in consolidation and maintenance fees. Using weighted solution matrix evaluation tools, risk management planning, and CPM. Created executive level presentation and proposal.
• Designed and Managed Project using Weblogic interface to three Financial Systems: Oracle Financials, SmartStream, and Peoplesoft Financials. Saving the Company $300,000 budgeted to create a separate data warehouse project. This Proof of Concept project utilized a small staff interfacing with three support groups.
• Managed REMEDY helpdesk Projects valued at over $1.2 million dollars. One self-help Project reduced staffing and saved over $800,000 in costs. Staff of 6 people requiring resource procurement and management, WBS planning, CPM, Quality management, Risk management planning, communications plan management, Testing and implementation throughout the Williams companies 12,000 employees.
EAGLE MANAGEMENT GROUP, Tulsa, OK 1996 - 2000
Project Manager
• Initiated e-commerce processing, which grew to over 50% of entire corporate business sales activity, with a corresponding increase from $22 million to $50 million in sales.
• Installed company wide Windows NT network and Microsoft office productivity tools.
• Implemented first web-based wholesale order entry and customer service capabilities in our segment of the publishing industry.
• Accomplished two major warehouse expansions and relocations in four years, on time and under budget.
