·          Worked on the Full Life Cycle Implementation of CRM-BW Analytics for Customer Interaction Center (CIC) Module with Activity & Sales Order Analysis with CTI Interface from AMC.

·          Project involved complying with the existing BW Landscape and in process CRM system landscapes.

·          Worked on this New Implementation and Project plan through SAP America team.

·          Developed BW analytics for CRM Opportunity Management involving a BPS planning application to update data directly from the Portal PCUI Opportunity screen.

·          Consolidated data from both Booking and Revenue planning area for Opportunities into one Cube to create several reports as required by the client.

·          Developed Process chain involving standard Booking data extractor which runs every hour to be almost real time and process chain for Revenue extractor which involves program to convert the Revenue transactional cube to non-planning cube to extract data which runs every four hours so the reports are updated.

·          Consolidated Time conversion at different levels involving custom fiscal quarter aggregation based on custom company calendar. Bookings data is stored at day level and the revenue data is stored at month level.

·          Developed Weekly Snapshot scenario based on companies requirement which involves process chain to run every week at specified time, custom snapshot calendar functionality to make the standard calendar to work Friday to Friday week, and Opportunity change document history from source system as control data for the reports.

·          The client is in need of a complex collaborative environment where the data could come from varied data sources like Workflow Inbox, BW reports, SAP R3 transaction, Customized portal Iviews in a common place.

·          Extended BUS2038 and BUS2007, which is the standard Business Object for Plant maintenance Notification processing and Order Processing respectively. Developed additional attributes and methods and delegated it to the custom object. Involved in developing Workflow for unscheduled corrective maintenance, which handles emergency and non-emergency cases and for Order completion workflow to automate the order closure & status change process.

·          Developed Complex Workflow Methods and attributes for Custom Business Object to perform multiple functions within single screen.

·          Developed Notification (Create, Edit, Display), Maintenance Order Processing screen with nice intuitive look in BSP application, which in turn was called inside Enterprise portal.

·          Developed Application Classes and methods to handle the application / Business logic for the BSP application.

·          Developed set of maintenance forms in BSP application; these forms are tied with Notification and Order. This forms overcome the limitations set by the standard SAP screen with lots of new functionalities as required by the customer.
