Assembled and launched a large project team to build a custom client/server application, and then managed the start of the design & development phases

·            Assisted in personnel planning to estimate the resource needs for the first 18 months of the project

·            Coordinated the creation of the workplace, including procuring a work environment, developing a floor-plan, and ensuring the installation of cubicles, computers, telephones, and LAN connections
