1. Technical Consultant at Whitbread Technology Partners from 11/05 to Current
· Currently working on a large re-implementation project. Involved in coding several conversions such as Items, Vendors, Purchase Orders, Price Lists, Fixed Assets and also changing several custom interfaces. Participated in two CRPs. Managed schedule for offshore team.
· Customized the Timecard entry page in Oracle Time and Labor. This involved changing ldt files and OA Framework changes to a couple of pages.
· Customized two screens in MSCA to provide GTIN functionality in 11i.9.
· Developed a bridge between a third-party software called ValSpeQ and Order Management.This included building an OA Framework screen to import an XML file and PL/SQL logic to validate and create sales orders using the OM public APIs.
· Designed and coded customization to generate custom sequences for configurations.
· Analyzed and designed staging tables, wrote several conversion programs in multiple re-implementation projects.
· Designed and coded customization to create quotes for maintenance items from install base using ASO_QUOTE_PUB API. Also used the same API to import legacy quotes into Oracle Quoting.
· Designed and coded a new self-service HRMS page to show vacation accrual details for a given date. This was done using OA Framework.
· Coded several reports in the Receivables module using Reports 6i and Discoverer 4i.
· Developed an interface between Agile PLM software and Oracle Manufacturing. This interface imports and maintains items, bill of materials, manufacturers and manufacturer items defined in Agile into Oracle.

2. Senior Project Manager at KPIT-Cummins Ltd from 11/03-11/05

· As a project manager for an Oracle Apps implementation project, hired, trained and managed a 6-person offshore team based in Pune.
· As onsite coordinator, managed customer expectations, guided the customer in making several decisions related to the Apps implementation. Also lead the design efforts for the customization and interfacing aspects of the project.  Â
· Coded several customizations for Oracle Mobile Supply Chain applications (MSCA). Here the challenge was in understanding the architecture of MSCA and coding the customizations in Java which is not my primary skill.  Â
· Suggested and implemented several proposals for multiple projects that resulted in reduced attrition rates which indirectly resulted in significant cost savings for our customers.  Â
· As a hiring manager, managed resource requirements and utilization for several projects within Oracle Apps practice at KPIT.  Â
· Wrote proposals to prospective clients, led follow-up meetings with them which resulted in generating significant revenue for KPIT.  Â
· Successfully delivered on several organization-level activities such as organizing an Oracle Applications techno-functional training for a group of 15 new-hires by leveraging the experience of other senior internal resources. This helped KPIT in cutting the cost of hiring experienced Oracle Applications resources as well as the training fees of external vendors.
· Organized and planned a physical move of over 350 people to KPIT�s new facility.
3. Project Manager at Zensar Technologies from 12/02 to 6/03
