Designed,
built and installed the manufacturing information system for their new
recycling facility. It is a process and quality data management system. The application has 108 Forms, 84 Crystal

PET Technologies,
Developed a laboratory management system in Access and
Excel that has predefined inquiry screens and reports that provide the
information on all tests completed in the laboratory. Inquiries can be performed on client workstations
across their world-wide corporate network.
Environmental
Products Corporation,
Designed
and wrote a real-time data collection and reporting application for a
manufacturing process in their recycling facility. The software records sensor information at
the rate of one record per second into the database. The data is available for
retrieval from the database for later analysis. It has specialized analytical
support with Quality Analyst (a statistical quality control charting and
analysis tool) that is seamlessly integrated.
Graham Packaging,
Redesigned and installed a custom process and
quality management system to specifically meet the needs of their Injection and
Blow Molding operation at Ocean Spray’s bottling facility. The application has 61 Forms, 72 Reports, and
17,500 lines of code.
Lucent Technologies,
Contract
Developer
Used Microsoft Access on Windows NT to build a unique warehousing
application. Functionality included bar code
scanning, multiple part numbers per inventory item, serial number tracking, warehouse location identification for each item and
consolidated reporting of four large warehouses.

All projects delivered on time, within budget, and met or exceeded all
requirements and agreed upon plans and expectations.

Designed and was Webmaster for the Internet site used by the sales and
sales support staff of Digital, their distributors and VARs. The site provided
product training material, class schedules, and registration and enrollment in
training classes.
·
Developed and maintained an Access-based system that served as the data
repository and HTML page generator for the site. It was used daily to produce a new set of 800
+ updated HTML pages for the site. VBA coding
was used extensively.
