·         Worked in Siebel Mobile/Wireless Engineering group for core software releases of mobile and handheld devices for versions Siebel 7 and Siebel 7.5.

·         Worked with different industries requiring a mobile wireless solution including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and many service providers. These mobile devices we used to test and build the new Siebel Mobile platform, ranged from laptops to certain handheld devices such as those from Palm to browser-enabled phones and bar code scanners.

·         Worked with Product Marketing, Engineering, and QA group to define general functionality of Siebel Mobile releases. Drafted functionality of support for wireless messaging via short message service (SMS), telocator alphanumeric protocol (TAP), and simple mail transfer protocol (email) to send alerts and receive responses. Worked with Engineering  to support business processes for functionality of Siebel Wireless Messaging; Siebel Wireless, for access via wireless phones and other devices that use Wireless Application Protocol (WAP); Siebel Handheld, for access via Palm and Pocket PC based handhelds; and Siebel Remote for offline access via laptop computers, including synchronization support when re-connected.

·         Worked throughout the SDLC to draft requirements for new Siebel 7 Mobile applications for field sales, field service, channel partner management and customer service.
