¨        For a wholesale mortgage business, designed and implemented a business CRM system utilizing Salesnet, an online mid-market CRM provider.  Customization included designing and building custom account, customer and deal screens, building custom reports, designing a dashboard of company activity and automating processes.  Automated the entire mortgage loan process utilizing Salesnet’s online activity-based workflow.

¨        For wholesale mortgage business, developed and implemented owner’s complete marketing and customer contact strategy, included database management, lists and mailings.  Developed detailed customer and deal workflow utilizing Microsoft Excel.

¨        For a CRM software firm in Denver, acting as a business and field consultant.  In role of business consultant, helping firm implement best practices for developing, selling, and implementing CRM software.  As a field consultant, working hand-in-hand with firm’s clients to implement CRM strategies.

¨        For a publisher in Kansas City, worked as a project manager on their Pivotal Relationship CRM system implementation.  Work included gathering business requirements, project planning, design and customization, building queries, writing reports and creating user and technical documentation.  Had four direct reports.  Also responsible for all training, including creating the training manual, designing the classes, and conducting user and management training.  Project involved extensive Crystal Report design and development.

¨        For publisher in Kansas City, created the design and managed the development of their corporate customer access web site.  The web site provides login/password-protected access to customer data stored in the CRM system including contact information, order history, and revenue reports.

¨        For a large investment bank in Chicago, worked as project manager and database application developer.  As project manager, responsible for requirements gathering for a new data infrastructure.  Designed and developed a relational database in Microsoft Access to store and analysis data on RFP responders.

¨        For a financial services client in Chicago, responsible for design and all customizations to their Pivotal Relationship sales automation system.  Also responsible for design and executing training for new and existing users.  New customizations include: imports for all key financial data, exports, automating sales calculations, customized forms, queries and reports.

¨        For a medical content provider in Portland, managed the requirements gathering and project-planning phase for a new CRM system rollout using SalesLogix.  New system will be rolled out to sales, customer care, technical support and key distributors and will also support their four business channels.

¨        For a manufacturing client Schaumburg, IL, managed project to automate their customer quoting processes using Pivotal Relationship (a CRM system designed for mid-size businesses).  Responsible for all aspects of the project, including project management, requirements analysis, system design, data model development, construction, and testing.

 

DiamondCluster International, Inc. (1994 – 1999)

¨        For Diamond Technology Partners, worked as project manager responsible for the design and development of a relationship marketing database using Pivotal Relationship.  Project entailed determining the requirements to support all functional areas within Diamond, including marketing, sales, finance, and field consultants.  Design and development of infrastructure to support marketing programs, including mid to large-size mailings, seminars, and the business magazine Context.  Also designed system to support the centralization and management of all prospect data.

¨        For Diamond Technology Partners, worked internally on the business magazine Context.  Responsible for all aspects of circulation, including list vendor evaluation and selection, data management outsourcing and mailing production.  The premiere issue of Context was sent to approximately 32,000 senior level executives and 3,000 MBA students.  In addition, was responsible for building the infrastructure to support the production of the magazine.

¨        For a Diamond client, major electronic retailer, managed the requirements definition and product evaluation phases of an enterprise-wide data warehouse.

¨        For a Diamond client, a direct marketing firm, was member of five-person team responsible for designing and implementing the technical architecture and all components of a marketing data warehouse.  Led the design and development of the data extraction and loading processes on both the legacy system and data warehouse server.

¨        For a Diamond client, a large telecommunications company, was a key member of a team responsible for analyzing processes within the customer service center and recommending software tools and process changes to increase productivity.  Help develop detailed business cases and implementation plans for each recommendation.  Helped to develop an electronic commerce strategy white paper.  Developed a conceptual design, project plan and business case for implementation of a client/server information retrieval tool for user desktops.

¨        For a Diamond client, a large insurance company, was a key member of team implementing a technical architecture that served in automating the sales force processes.  Provided team leadership and technical expertise in the definition, design, development and implementation of all UNIX components of the customer replication solution.  Completed technical infrastructure performance benchmarking in the selection of server hardware vendors, as well as tactical and strategic planning initiatives.
