Internet searches - Google, Grokker, and niche market databases, and the valuable,
but often overlooked, client’s resume database.
o NTT DoCoMo Research Labs - One of the largest Japanese wireless telecommunications
firms in Japan. Staffing of Doctorate, PhD level engineering researchers and VP-Director
level new employees. Their telecommunications research lab works on next generation studies
of future wireless technologies. Staffing strategies to build and craft new team members
that complement the strengths of the existing team groups. Working daily with program
managers, VP-Director and CEO level employees to fulfill their research engineering needs.
o KLA-Tencor (the world’s largest designer/manufacturer of semi-conductor metrology
and wafer inspection equipment tools) – A fast ramp up to hire 20 Customer
Service Engineers (CSE)
at two fab locations. Exceeded the number of candidates required to fill all jobs available.
