    Provided database sizing estimates and initial hardware and software
       requirement specifications, as well as, prototypes and documented 
       test cases/results for COEDSdb - a database redesign of COEDS 
       Report Browse Utilities.

    Served as Team Lead for Prototype Development of COEDSdb.
    Served as Team Lead of the ITNP Initiative #20 - Technology Change 
       Management Process.
    Explored Carnegie Mellon's Software Engineering Institute Capability 
       Maturity Model in development of the Technology Change Management 
       Process Document and in facilitating the implementation of ITNP 
       Initiative #20.
    Received AVP recognition and award for ITNP Initiative #20 
       accomplishments.
    Supervised Contract Programming Personnel in support of COEDS Report 
       Browse utilities ( UNIX and 'C' ).
1991 - 1994 : Staff Analyst, BellSouth Telecomm - IT/Ntwk & Svcs.
    Provided MVS/ESA and VM/CMS Applications Maintenance/Support for 
       Network Data Systems Applications using: IBI FOCUS(VM/CMS & 
       MVS/ESA), REXX(VM/CMS & MVS/ESA), JCL(MVS/ESA), and EXEC2(VM/CMS).
    Upgraded legacy applications TNDS/ORRS and NDS/FLEX  to take advantage
       of new implementation of SMS(System Managed Storage)and to comply 
       with new MVS data set naming conventions.
    Provided DB2 Database Backup Support on Network Data Measurement 
       Systems
    Applied numerous JCL changes to legacy applications TNDS/ORRS and 
       NDS/FLEX to significantly reduce 'abnormal ends' and achieve 
       execution success rate of  99.99 %.
    Received 1994 Department Head Award for cited improvements to legacy 
       work processes.
