Description: Help Desk and Maintenance to Oracle Manufacturing Applications.

• Help Desk support for a L2 level team. Service Requests resolution within different SLA's (P0=1hr,P1=4hrs,P2=1 business day, Service=3 business day, P3=5 business day)
• Technical Enhancements (Business Analysis and RICE Development)
• Monitoring and fixing issues from scheduled background processes on Appworx Chains and Concurrent Programs

· Create one of the first e-commerce pages in Mexico using credit card.

· Liverpool offered the first weeding gift page to buy products and paying in real time

· Web page was built with Oracle web toolkit (plsql) to generate pages on the fly; each section in the whole page was dynamic since all data was into the database.

· An interface with credit card system was created to interchange information about payment.

Motorola, Mexico City, Mexico Staff Consultant Jan-97 – Apr-97

· Motorola already had a quality system, which provided relevant information entered by operators in shop floor. This intranet solution was developed for Oracle and they required to add multilingual capabilities in order to be exportable to other plants in different countries.

· This intranet was built with Oracle web toolkit packages (plsql) and we applied necessary changes to display screens in multiple languages.

· Solution consisted on create an administrative tool on Oracle Forms for maintaining catalogs for languages, look and feel, etc. An administrative web page was also provided for switching language.
