Part of the team to enhance the Medicare/Medicaid in Baltimore MD with drug coverage.  The system  is developed using DB2/MQ Series, Java, Cobol-II, Stored Procedure, and CLIST.

Analyze the impact of Sysplex at the US Customs and Border Protection Office for Homeland Security.

Develop Advanced Passenger Information System (APIS), US Visit, and Nexus Air programs at the US Customs and Border Protection Office for Homeland Security.  In APIS utilize MQ Series as part of Web Server  to port the APIS Reporting System into the Web.  In Nexus Air utilize MQ Series to receive, process and send XML transaction from/to Canada.  In US Visit utilize MQ Series to develop common error routine that is used widely in other Systems.

Lead team of 5 people to develop e-filer Application, the group is part of e-Services which is part of the IRS Modernization Project.  Design the Activity Diagram, Process Thread, and Elementary Business Process (EBP) Task Diagram.  The system was developed using Peoplesoft 8.0 and CRM a COTS software.

As Senior Application Specialist and member of Enterprise Integration team work with the Prime Alliance at the Customer Account Data Engine (CADE) IRS project in New Carrolton MD.  This huge 7.5 billion dollars project conform to SEI CMM level 3, is developed on multi platform consisted of the mainframe on IBM S/390, middle tier on Solaris, and NT as the front end, all these are connected through MQ Series.  The development effort utilizes Rational Rose, Requisite Pro, UML, and Business Rule concept which separates application programming from the Business Rule.

As Senior Programmer Analyst at GEICO Insurance doing work that involves interfacing Access to the mainframe for the Actuary department.  Reorganizes Region 3 on the project called Region 3 Reorg, part of the work is development of Analyzer a System Software that takes inventory of existing IDOC application software.

As Consultant at Bell Atlantic work on EXPRESS-TRAK project in converting billing system from Legacy System to Modernized System, the System was significantly enhanced adding more flexibility and expedite the billing processes.

Developed custom software for the Return/Refund of Student Loans at Sallie Mae using EFT.

As a Consultant developed release 3 of Labor Management System at AMTRAK to automate the management of labor for Train and Engine (T&E) personnel.  The system is developed using MicroFocus COBOL, and XDB on the LAN and DB2, COBOL II, and CICS in the mainframe.

As Senior Systems Engineer working on health care management system at Wyatt Company, enhance the existing system to include flex benefit, conformance with the new regulation, and utilize the MicroFocus and XDB on the LAN as an alternative to the mainframe. 

Developed Rate Database (RDB), a centralized Rate Database system for MCI Telecommunications Inc.
Finalized release 1.2 of Item Access Facility (IAFC) a software product that complements IBM's Image Plus, a product that is replacing the microfiche by utilizing the mainframe computer, Object Access Method, CD ROM, and Database technology.  The system was developed using DB2, PL/I, ALC, Cobol II, IMS/DC, CICS, and Intertest.

Feb 86  Nov 90	Oemar Incorporated
As a Consultant, converted Program Decision Package (PDP) Systems for the Airforce from Honeywell Multics to IBM MVS.  This PL/I based system consists of more than 900 programs.  Developed equivalent MVS programs to replace Multics system routine.

Developed NSE Network Analysis System for MCI Telecommunications in Reston, VA.  This large, realtime system informs the MCI network engineer of the availability, performance, and capacity of the MCI traffic network at any given moment.  The system was developed using DB2, PL/I, CICS, and Intertest.

As Senior Programmer Analyst, developed software to automate Ideal and Database Administrator at Ameritech in Indianapolis.  The environment supported Production, Staging, and Development region. The Production region consists of 44 Database, 250 tables, 1000 programs, 400 panels, and 400 reports. The Database itself has more than 7 million rows.

As Staff Analyst, was responsible for managing 10 programmer/analysts in developing the Correspondence system, which is part of SFIPEP, a project that integrates four systems (DSRS, OTPC, SFIS, and SFCS) within HUD.

As Senior Programmer/Analyst, constructed the online system as an interface between INFOREM III (an IBM package) and Datacom/DB at the Peoples Drug in Springfield VA. Also developed Sales Analysis Reporting System for MCGraw Hill Book Division in Hightstown, NJ.  The system has the capability of up to 10 levels of control break.

As a team member in the development of Patient Billing System (PABS) at Squibb in East Brunswick, NJ, was solely responsible for the interface between Electronic Claim Submission (ECS) and PABS.
