·        Worked specifically for Techno-Functional analysis on Meter Read Download, Meter Read upload & Meter Read Re-Routing (between SAP and a third party software ARCS). The client was replacing their old Meter Maintenance system ITRON with NEPTUNE and had specific testing and design issues with the above said interfaces. Worked on IDoc analysis, design and troubleshooting.

·        Worked on set up, design and implementation of Workflow requirements for Notification processing and Error handling requirements.

·        Used workflow parameters (Task Group TG20000016, Business Object BUS2080, Std Tasks TS20000549 & Role AC00000178) to integrate with Workflow template WS20000318.
