JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary responsibility is to lead Projects in the functional area of Human Resources. The Project Manager will interact with members of Human Resources and the Human Resources IT Organization to deliver technology solutions using the IT project methodology. This role will involve performing in roles of a Business Analyst, System Configurator, and Project Manager.
Overall years of Experience Required:
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in an IT Organization, with a track record of delivering business enabling technology and process solutions.
Years of Industry Experience Required: N/A
Minimum Required Education:
Undergraduate degree in a Business related discipline or Computer Science with a Business Minor preferred
Skills Required / Minimum years of Experience:
Certification as a Project Management Professional (preferred)
Demonstrated abilities to perform business analysis and generate functional requirements from that analysis
Hands-on configuration experience with SAP HR ECC 6.0
High level of business acumen
Proven ability to manage multiple in different stages of the project life cycle
Demonstrated ability to function both as a project leader and in a team member role
Background in delivering technology solutions in diverse functional areas (in addition to Human Resources)
Leverages inter-personal skills to develop long term relationships
Preferred Experience / Years:
Experience with migration from SAP HR to Oracle
