Skills Required:
· Minimum of 5 years Solid Technology Experience
· Project Experience with Data Warehouse Concepts and Methodologies
· Oracle ETL Experience
· Oracle Apps Experience (Order Management, Finance, Mfg, HR)
· Database Experience with Oracle (i.e. 9i, 10g)
· Strong Experience with Requirements Gathering and Documentation
· Gap Analysis Experience
· Ability to Synthesize Large Amounts of Information and Identify Logical Business Applications
· Experience with Iterative Development Process
· Project Experience with Multi-Dimensional or Star Schema Data Models.
· Experience or Strong Familiarity with BusinessObjects
· Test Planning or Building Test Cases from Business Requirements
· �Tools� Experience with SQL, Toad, etc.
· Leadership Qualities/Capabilities
· Excellent Oral and Written Communications
· Direct End User / Customer Experience


We are looking for a techno-functional person. Someone that feels comfortable both looking in Oracle Apps at the data and working in the Oracle database.
Requirements gathering experience
Writing of requirements documentation
Writing of technical design documentation
Data Warehouse experience
Strong knowledge of or experience with BI reporting applications, especially BusinessObjects
Writing of test cases
Execution of test cases
Data analysis and profiling experience â?“ within Oracle Apps
Data mapping from source to target. The source for the Data Warehouse at DCI is Oracle ERP. They must have had some experience with ETL from Oracle in order to do this correctly.
Experience with SQL, TOAD
Oracle Apps knowledge or experience in the Order Management module (OM would be the most important, others would be Inv, Mfg, HR, & Financials)
