Lead Developers:
10+ years experience
Java/J2EE, EJB, JMS, JSP, Java Web Services
JSF - Essentially the full J2EE stack
Oracle 8i/9i, PL/SQL
Experience w/ Integration Web Services/ Rest / adapter quality
System Integration Experience
Integration Development experience at the Enterprise level
Heavy Application Development

Senior Developers:
5-10 years Experience
Integration Development not required
Not as much of the J2EE stack required
Some Design experience, not as well versed in the Enterprise level apps.

Staff Developers:
2-5 years Experience
B.S. Degree - IT
Solid all around knowledge of Java/J2EE
