Dark Field Technologies is a small, privately owned high-technology company which designs and builds high-resolution laser and camera systems.  These systems deliver 100% on-line, real-time, automatic inspection and metrology of display glass, battery films, flexible electronics, medical films, uncoated and coated plastic film, metal and thin film Photovoltaics, etc.  Our systems are integrated with high value-added production lines to find defects, measure critical production parameters, assure quality, and alert the operators when process deviations occur and product quality fails its acceptable control limits.

Dark Field’s Engineering Center is located in Orange, CT.  Dark Field was awarded the top prize by the Connecticut Technology Council, “Most Promising Technology Product of the Year” beating out 220 other companies for the distinction.
