Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate into rich user experiences for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Must able to create process control flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Liable to develop engaging and functional user interfaces and having the knowledge to use compatible tools.
• Establish and promote design guidelines with best practices and standards of web development.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in web designing.
• Excellent understanding of user experience design principles and best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery plugins. 
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Balsamiq, Axure, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Experience using Google analytics to understand user behavior, and ability to translate into requirements for Search Engine Optimization.
