GSK is the pharmaceutical company researching both medicines and vaccines for the World 
Health Organization’s three priority diseases. This was a PeopleSoft HRMS implementation
Project. The various modules being implemented were HR, Benefits, and Payroll.
Responsibilities:
•	Involved in Design, Development, Testing, and Enhancement of PeopleSoft HRMS for HR, Payroll and Base Benefits modules.
•	Created and modified Components, File Layouts, Pages, Records, Fields, Process Definitions and registering Components in Portal, Menu and Permission Lists.
•	Developed number of interface reports using SQR to read the data from file and load it into PeopleSoft tables and send data from PeopleSoft to other external applications.
•	Involved in online changes to the delivered pages, components, menus and translate values. 
•	Developed an Application Engine Programs like Blue cross blue shield and HRIS Premiums Interface.
•	Developed and modified People Code to implement specific business rules and validations to enable the system to perform the business process.

Chase is a consumer& commercial banking service unit its business includes Small business, Home finance, Auto and education finance and Insurance .The commercial banking businesses include middle market, Corporate, Commercial Real Estate, Business Credit and Equipment Leasing.
Responsibilities:
•	Involved in Design, Development, Testing, and Enhancement of PeopleSoft HRMS for HR, Payroll, Time & Labor and Base Benefits modules.
•	Created and modified Components, Pages, Records, Fields, Process Definitions and registering Components in Portal, Menu and Permission Lists.
•	Created new SQR Programs like employee eligibility for FMLA/STD and Prudential 401K Deferral/Catch-Up Load.

The various modules being implemented were HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, 
Pension Admin.
Responsibilities:
•	Team member in the PeopleSoft Stabilization team with active role in interaction with the users and their specifications.
•	Application development experience with People Tools 8.16.
•	Upgrade HRMS module from version 7.5 to 8.3
•	Assisted in upgrading PeopleSoft HRMS from version 7.5 to 8.3. Converted all custom panels to PeopleSoft web pages for PeopleSoft 8.0

Responsibilities:
•	Involved in analysis, customization and implementation of HR/Benefits/Payroll modules using PeopleSoft 8.8 and Oracle 9i.
