•	Making of the initial project plan with activities by phases, key milestones and deliverables according to the scope of the RFP.
•	Elaborating Fit-Gap Analysis proposing possible solutions to develop new functionality and some workarounds.  
•	The project included the implementation of Human Resources core modules plus eRecruitment and Compensation modules.
