Currently a Systems Development /Program Manager at a governmental agency developing Vendor enhanced Client/Server and Web-based computing systems to support their business goals.
Over 25 years of progressive experience and responsibility within the IT Business sector. Employed at Northrop Grumman, in their IT Division as Director of Business Development in their Systems Integration Strategic Business Unit. Other positions include Director of Project Management, Manager Systems Development, Marketing & Sales Director, European Operations, and Project Manager for Internal Corporate Systems Development. After leaving Northrop Grumman, employed by an IT organization headquartered in the DC area. Managed their IT projects (staff of 95) in the NYC and NYS area. As PM negotiated savings from Vendors exceeding $100M.
· Customer Interface Support, Reduced Implementation costs
Supporting customers and implementing solutions to their business requirements. Support includes developing requirements, designing User interface prototypes, conducting reviews, conducting demonstrations while working with them as code is developed, test and acceptance. Interface including working with customers and IT staff in joint application development sessions documenting the requirements from both an End User and System level need. This was accomplished at Grumman, PSI International and currently at a NYS agency. Currently managing $8.0M in vendor supplied software contracts. Under my leadership, requirements have been completed in 50% of normal corporate schedules, thereby saving resources in the implementation
