·         BOM Critical Paths report showing exploded BOM and lead times, and time for completion.

·         Report to show Actual vs. planned production time, for purchased and manufactured materials.

·         Planned Factory Attrition Report is a custom report showing disposition of extra project parts.

·         Missing Parts Report is a clone of SAP�s transaction CO24, adding additional fields to the selection screen, and reading additional data for display.

·         Price determination for Material Estimating.  This program is part of a custom application that collects costs from past purchases for a material to be used in the estimating of cost for high-level components.  This information is used for bidding contracts.

·         Created program to move independent requirements from discontinued materials to follow-on materials.

·         Provide R/3 ABAP programming to complete reporting for sales and inventory activities.

·         Fill Rate reporting.  Percentage of quantity filled compared to open order quantity.  This report required the creation of a table to store data, a program to update the table nightly, and drill down reporting displaying the data.

·         Inventory Status report.  Availability of inventory stocks for customer service.

·         Not filled report, to include pages to be faxed to the customer. This required a print program, which called a SAP Script form. Report showing materials ordered, but not filled, for the customer, as well as summaries for key account managers. 

·         Hot Sheet report. A reporting of corporate statistics, to include payables, inventories, and orders.

·         Sales vs. Forecast vs. Inventory reporting.
