PROJECT-1 – Worked on
Encompass 360, Web iMP and LenderX
systems appraisal integration project to automate the ordering of the appraisal
process to LenderX through Encompass 360 and Web iMP systems. The successful release of this project gave
flexibility to the clients and gave them control to order appraisal at their
own pace by providing and authorizing the payment information and reducing the
turnaround time.
PROJECT-2 – The
Correspondence of loan disclosures packages with clients was a manual process
at New Leaf Lending, an online mortgage company. Built an eConsent
disclosure process for the company which automated the sending of the eConsent request to the clients to send/receive all loan
documents electronically and to give them ability to login to e-Signing room
for signing the loan documents electronically to expedite the closing of the
loan for the clients and also to save overhead costs for the company.

insurance. The New Account Open system provides advanced functionality to open
a new account for Individual and Business Customers. This project was to build
a new multi-channel, multi-product, multi-currency application for new deposit
account opening, which will serve as the foundation for desired end state to-be
Sales & Service platform. Redefine SovPlatform
NAO initiative & initiate the project as SovSelling
Platform (Deposits).

- THE ISDA TOOL: GE Treasury is
about managing the financial position of GE company.
It is like a bank as it makes sure that there is enough money to fund the
activities of the company and also make sure that the risk to the company
are minimized so to do a Risk mitigation ISDA process is
performed. The ISDA tool was developed to globally submit, approve and
generate different types of derivatives electronically with each request
taking about an year of time to be executed, once
derivative is approved a copy of document is moved to library.
- The Funding
Tool: To
make sure that the adequate funding is available to the company by selling
commercial paper and coming to agreements for liquidity with various
financial institutions, 5 different Funding processes are
implemented into a single tool. This tool automated the system of manually
executing the funding requests.
- Cash Pooling Application: GE Treasury is
responsible for global funding, cash management and treasury services for
all of the GE operations worldwide and also setting up the rules on how
the money flows “in” and “out” of the company, for this purpose Cash
Pool Processes are done. With approval of each
cash pooling request a document is generated automatically using
template and saved in library.
- Document Management
Tool: Each month thousands of documents are generated,
approved and saved in local libraries. To globalize the availability, easy
tracking and storing of documents this tool was developed which was linked
with libraries.
