Additional Contract Information:

The Electrical Safety Council states that downlights with fire ratings should be installed in ceilings regardless of the type of building they are in. Semi-recessed and recessed LED downlights should be fire rated. The fire rating of the ceiling will not be affected if the downlights are located on the ceiling surface and don't damage the plasterboard.
