ATLAS™, Strategic Workforce Management Software. · Responsible for Architecture and Design between
ATLAS™ and Integration Services to third party ERP solutions. · Responsible for the project management of the
integration process for ATLAS with Oracle Financials. · Designed and Developed Reservation System for
Blackball Transport. · Tools used include Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft

Architect · Responsible for and successfully completed a new architecture
and strategy with the result of providing a new brokerage administration
solution to replace the legacy system. · Followed Zachman Framework methodology to lead
successful project. Initially reviewed the overall environment and quickly

project to completion in order for the organization to implement the new

the new Community Based Contributions Management System. Worked closely with
project manager to define tasks and roles for the project. · Prior to Allan being contracted to be team lead for
this project, there were two very high profile companies over the previous
two years who unsuccessfully attempted to accomplish the task. As a result,
he was brought into a very high profile, demanding environment to complete
the project against a hard deadline as a result of the mandatory
decommissioning of the legacy systems by the end of the year. · Allan successfully architected the solution and had
it implemented for January 1st on schedule. There were several
people on the team who vocally expressed the impossibility of the task, yet
when the new systems were switched over on time, it was marked as a major
accomplishment for the whole organization. · Solution implemented using 3rd party
solution that supported VBA integration services against Oracle database.
