My business office is wireless and wired for high speed data access (broadband), firewall protection, antivirus protection, Email/WebMail, FTP Pro File Transfer, voicemail, telephone, and fax for communications with clients.
My software includes job-related technical writing tools such as RoboHelp/HTML, Flare, WebWorks, Dreamweaver, FrameMaker, Word, Captivate, Acrobat, PDF, Photoshop, SnagIt screen capture, and Winzip file compression.
My hardware includes an MS Windows XP Professional Dell Laptop Computer system and an MS Windows 7 HP Laptop with two printers, scanner, copier, fax, and digital camera.
