Sales Tracking and Reporting System  (STAR) – Developed in Access 97
A remote application developed for the sales force of a large promotional and marketing company.  


Developed, tested, documented, trained and deployed STAR.  Primary person responsible for the application from the conception to the deployment.  Managed a junior developer during the initial stage of the application.

STAR electronically emails a sales order to the order entry department for processing.

STAR generates quotes, sales orders, sample orders, financial reports and maintenance of client and vendor data.  

STAR provides the sales force to maintain up to date information about their customers and vendors and keep track of their commission.

STAR rolled out in mid December, 1998, to two offices.  The order entry department has already seen a reduction in the number of mistakes because of the electronic format rather than the hand written orders. 




 

Partnership System (PARTSY) – Developed in MS Access 97


A financial application developed for the accountants of a large real estate management company.  




Developed, tested, documented, trained and deployed PARTSY.  Primary person responsible for the application from the conception to the deployment. 

PARTSY manages the allocation of funds among partners in real estate ventures.

PARTSY handles contributions, distributions and buyouts transactions among partners in real estate ventures.

PARTSY consists of several extensive reports.

PARTSY utilizes MS Access’s security architecture that consists of three groups with specific permissions at each group level.  




Conducted Access training for all users of the PARTSY system.





 

 

 
Quote System (QUOTE) – Developed in MS Access 95



A quote application developed for the sales force of a mid size construction company.  




Developed, tested, documented, trained and deployed the quote system.  One of two primary people responsible for the application from the conception to the deployment.

QUOTE creates bids for a construction site using a central location of an online catalog.

QUOTE provides a separate maintenance application for users to maintain up to date information on the catalog.  

QUOTE produces client follow-up and summary reports.




 

Rush Heart Scan Enrollment System (RHS) – Developed in Access 95

An enrollment application developed for the data entry clerks of a doctor’s office. 


RHS enrolls patients to receive an exam that detects early signs of heart disease.  

Responsible for making enhancements to the RHS system. 

Created reports and made modifications to code for new modules.



Bug Tracking System (BUG) -Developed in Access 2.0

An internal system used by Metamor developers and their users to track the bugs encountered while testing an application prior to rollout. 


Developed, tested, documented, trained and deployed the BUG system.  Primary person  responsible for the application from the conception to the deployment.
