Assessment, focusing on the ISeries infrastructure. This included reviews of hardware,
software, maintenance agreements, policies, procedures, practices etc. Fidelity
Investments, NH November 2002 –December 2009 (Financial Services) MICROSOFT ACCESS PROGRAMMING2) Modify and add to existing Access databases and
queries associated with the Payroll Verification system, Year-End Projects
Management system and Customer Statistics Reporting system. 3) Extensive data analysis and reporting to support
client Service Level Agreements 4) Created a suite of integrated databases associated
with Operations Readiness project management (ORIS: Operations Readiness
Information System). This included
seamless integration between Access and Excel. 5) Developed critical need databases for Implementation
to replace manual systems for Supply-Demand Capacity Planning and Project
Budget-Actual reporting. 6) Developed critical needs database for Supplier
Contract Management to replace manual systems for managing the relationship
between Fidelity and Suppliers and Clients served by the Suppliers. This application includes information such
as Demographics, SLAs, Invoices, Volume Metrics, Change Controls, Risk
Assessments, Performance Metrics, Budget/Actual/Forecast. Includes dashboard style reporting. 7) Developed a database to house and report on the

PROJECT MANAGEMENT1) As a member of the Process Excellence and Strategic Planning organization, supported project initiatives, including primary oversight responsibility for a 3.5 million dollar budget for Service Gaps (Change Controls). PROGRAMMING 1) Modify existing Access databases to modernize, and to meet new requirements. Merchants Reporting Service, MA November 1999 – On-Going (Legal Document Research Service Provider) I.S. MANAGER SUPPORT Support all computer operations on as needed basis (AS400/Windows NT environment). SPECIAL PROJECTS 1) Designed and programmed a complete AS/400 software application suite in RPG to automate Merchant’s internal business systems. Implemented Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) in order to satisfy their primary client’s requirement to interact with them electronically. 2) Designed a web site that allows customers to order services and check on the status of orders via the Internet (http://www.merchantsreporting.com/). 3) Designed and implemented an AS400 based email solution to email documents, such as invoices, to customers that requested this type of service. & C/L PROGRAMMING SUPPORT 1) Design and build reports using IBM Query and RPG programs to provide needed reports and application modifications that were not available from their new AS400 software vendor, HealthCare Management Systems. 2) Design and build interfaces using RPG and C/L programs to outside systems and vendors, including banks, printing systems and billing vendors. 3) Design and build an AS400 based application that tracks and reports required training for health care professionals. This included automatic emailing of compliance reports to department heads. MICROSOFT ACCESS
PROGRAMMING 2) Design and build a Microsoft Access application to record and document patient stress test results. Included a seamless interface to Microsoft Word. 3) Design and build a Microsoft Access application to create mailing documents for patient satisfaction surveys. Wholesale Distributors, Inc., NH October 2003 – May 2007 (Wholesale
Distribution – Food Service Industry) AS400 RPG PROGRAMMING 1) Provided RPG programming support by customizing
vendor supplied programs (IDS) to meet unique client requirements. State
of (Public Health) PROJECT MANAGEMENT 1) Oversee the implementation of an Internet based software suite for Early Intervention Services, by Welligent (RIEICCS). This software was rolled out to twelve Early Intervention Service Providers. 2) Developed
a Microsoft Access database that “bridges” Early Intervention data from the

This client was using
the AS400 for access to historical data only.
They wanted to migrate this data to a non-AS400 platform. Starting in February 2005, assisted the
client by identifying the data still in use, exporting that data off the
AS400 and documenting the data relationships and user interface so it could
be replicated on another system . Saint
(Higher Education) AS400 RPG PROGRAMMING1) Developed RPG and C/L programs to integrate a PC based financial aid package called PowerFAIDS, with associated applications running on the AS400. This involved the transmission of data extracts between systems. 2) Developed RPG and C/L programs to automate the creation of data export files for an outsourced Loan Collection vendor. Meeting
Street, RI May 2004 – August 2006 (Public Health) PROJECT MANAGEMENT 3) Oversaw the implementation of an Internet based software suite called Health Manager by Welligent. Health Manager is a comprehensive, integrated Client Management Information System. 4) Developed

Services Manager, (Municipal Government Operations) ·
Converted
from a 4 client IBM System/38 to a distributed environment consisting of 2
IBM AS/400's and 5 Windows NT (4.0) servers, with 100+ active clients at 6
sites throughout town. Responsibility
for the 7/24 computing functions of seventeen major departments including
police, fire and public works with an annual budget of $350,000 and a staff of three. By increasing the town=s employee productivity and efficiency the
I.S. department was instrumental in minimizing staffing level increases, even
during periods of high town development and growth. ·
Coordinated
the complete automation of the Police Department including CAD (Computer
Aided Dispatching), Records Management, Mobile Computing, forms redesign and
training. ·
Created
6 separate LANs, interconnected by leased lines, dial-up lines and
fiberoptics to form a town wide government WAN for the purpose of e-mail,
document interchange, hardware/software sharing, database access, Internet
access, and Geographic Information System (GIS) access. ·
Championed
and developed a Geographic Information System (GIS). This involved subcontracting a flyover of the town to
capture surface object imagery. The
GIS provides paper maps and electronic maps with Alayers@ of data elements. It also
provides Intranet access to GIS data and graphical images linked together for
visual data analysis etc. Established
a revenue fund to protect income from the sale of GIS assets to allow the
project to become financially self sustaining. Applied for and received a software grant
of approximately $75,000 worth of GIS software. ·
Designed
and built several business applications and associated databases using RPG,
C/L and SQL. These applications
include Purchasing, A/R, Utility Billing & Collections, Property
Management, Tax Billing & Collections, Call Management, Records
Management and Permit Management. ·
Coordinated
the development of MS Access databases and applications in the Fire
Department for the purpose of tracking activity from the point of call to it=s final disposition. Also coordinated the Access development of
a document imaging system to store and retrieve UCC filings and implemented a
Public Works software suite based on Access. ·
Implemented
a town-wide Centrex telephone system and subsequently a voice mail system
from ActiveVoice. This affected
approximately 120 voice and fax stations. ·
Responsible
for security, availability, and disaster recovery. This included the use of mirrored drives,
UPS, electric generators, automated backups, automated paging, off-site
storage, and a hot site. ·
Was
the first town in NH to completely automate the automobile registration
process. This included coordinating
with the State of Management
Information Systems Manager, Hastech, Inc., (Computer systems developer
for the newspaper publishing industry - hardware and software) · Hired as programmer/analyst to work as part of an eight member Data Processing team. For three years, primary focus was in the area of inventory, shop floor control and materials requirement planning using MAPICS and in-house developed software in RPG. · Promoted to MIS Supervisor in 1983 and MIS Manager in 1984. Responsibilities broadened to include all computer operations for the corporation in 1983. Directly supervised a staff of five people. Coordinated the splitting up of one corporation into a holding company and two sub-companies. Programmer/Analyst,
Pike Industries, Inc., (Asphalt paving company with several diversifications) · Directed the conversion of computer applications from an IBM System/3 to an IBM System/32 and an IBM System/34. Re-wrote existing applications from FORTRAN to RPG. Was responsible for the development of a new payroll application.
