over 2000 completed transactions per day in Canada and USA, the
Redihive cloud-based network platform using Linux, Apache, MySQL,
Tomcat, EJB, and related ecosystem, serves over 50,000 users
worldwide, supporting annual revenue of over $170 million dollars
(growing annually by 40-50%). The platform has been operational since
2004.

The Markham
location is the hub of all technology operations, a team over over 35
professionals of business analysts, architects, software developers,
QA, system administrators and project management powers the
technology platform with an Agile Kanban-style development cycle.

Key Achievements:
Solved appraisal data acquisition problems by implementing an in-house data extraction solution that achieved 96.7% accuracy (from 72% before), saving over $1.2 million in data acquisition costs
Developed a property data warehouse of appraisal data, with over 2.25 million data items extracted per day, scrubbed, quality-scored, business rule validated, normalized and versioned, ready for data analytics.
Led the integration with a point-of-entry desktop software company to achieve 100% data accuracy for Canadian data

Lead the automation of data extraction and cleanup of inbound Canadian appraisal forms
Reported to the VP of Applications managed 3 direct and 5 indirect reports.
Key Achievements:
Developed first-in-kind appraisal data extraction technology to enable Solidifi to allow use of standard appraisal industry forms still being able to support an industry leading property risk report, allowing company to acquire new market-share in Canada from 5% to 15%.

Even though I was hired as a trainee, I was able to contribute without need for any specialized training or ramp-up time. I also managed the shared development and deployment environment for the team as systems administrator.
