Samuel Son & Co. Ltd. is Canada’s leading processor and distributor steel, stainless steel, aluminum plates and alloys. Through its 80 facilities in North America, the company processes its products using such methods as annealing, cut-to-length, edging, pickling, and slitting. The company packages metal orders to specifications and through its steel transport division ships directly to their customers.
As a Team Leader / Project Manager, I have been responsible for the following projects.
*  Migration of Samuel Special Metal’s Mill Testing Reports Imaging data and TIF files, to the Samuel’s corporate standard System.

ADP Investor Communications (ADP IC) is Canada's leading provider of investor communications. ADP IC began operations in the Toronto area in 1987 and became part of ADP's Brokerage Services Group in 1990.
As a Project Manager for ADP IC DataSmart Solution (DSS) group, I have been responsible for the following projects:

As an Operations Planner my purpose is to manage the integration of funded project operational deliverables into the Production environment.  My scope of responsibilities is:

The objectives in the exploratory and investigation phase were to design a plan to accomplish the following:

·	Identify any IP internetworking changes, network traffic flow or routing traffic issues concerning the servers in the above projects.

Philip Services Corp. is a multi-national broad-spectrum industrial service provider. 
·	Working with my team partner (an Industrial Engineer), we were responsible for Year 2000 compliance of Corporate Head Office, a second Data Centre in Renton, WA and 40 other sites in North America (Western region).  
·	Rescued five challenging sites effectively by managing local customer ‘s expectations and then receiving their support and resources for the project.
·	Negotiated technical and non-technical, non-dedicated resources in all sites to support the Y2K plans. 
·	Assessed requirements to bring all high / medium impact non-compliant items up to Y2K compliance.  
·	Developed test plans to ensure processes will function correctly in year 2000.
·	Liaised with site managers and divisional VPs to ensure minimum downtime during any on-site remediation and testing.

NATIONAL MANAGER OF PRODUCTS & SERVICES
KemTar Inc. was a private company representing BancTec Inc in Canada.  Their initial product lines focused on MICR Line repair, remittance processing and other services for the banking, government, utilities, and insurance industries. 
·	Provided pre sales technical support (including answering all RFPs and RFIs), project management, system integration, post sales technical support and management activities across the country involving services for the company's UNIX based systems running Document Processing solutions (Data Entry, Magnetic and Optical Scanning solutions).
·	Reorganized the complete service and support operation nationwide resulting in total customer satisfaction, a team environment and over $ 800,000. in savings.  
·	Our clients provided us with monthly statistics.  Results showed a better than 95% of our equipment were receiving over 98% uptime (less than 2% downtime).
·	Established the standards for servicing document-processing equipment within 1 year in most of the Canadian Banks (i.e. Royal, CIBC, BOM, BNS and Caisse Pop).
