PC Anywhere and Microsoft Systems Management Server.  Resolved problems
ranging from Notes configuration, software installation, and remote
connections to netware administration issues such as password
synchronization and incorrect login scripts, on Windows and Macintosh
platforms.  Configured laptops for remote use.
Reason for leaving: Contract ended.

(Aug. 01 - Dec. 01) Fastdial.net- Support Engineer - Hingham, MA
Provided telephone and on-site support to customers for TCP/IP dial-up
internet service.  Managed e-mail and dial-up accounts for a distributed
internet service running on UNIX and Windows.  Resolved client software
issues on Windows and Macintosh platforms.
Reason for leaving: 80% layoffs.

(Feb. 01 - May 01) Modulo Systems- Consultant/Contractor - Cambridge, MA
Worked in C and C++ to design fixes and patches for CopyDesk, a module
of the QuarkXPress publishing software.  Responsible for integrating
updates and fixes into software as well as performing regular tests of
source tree on both PC and Macintosh platforms to ensure latest builds
functioned properly.
Reason for leaving: Contract ended.

(Nov. 00 - Dec. 00) Entrepreneurial Activities - Programmer - Brighton, MA 
Designed Teatime: Brewin' For Trouble, a 3D interactive shareware game
using C++ and the OpenGL graphics library.
Reason for leaving: Venture unprofitable.

(Nov. 99 - Oct. 00) Versyss Commercial Systems- Software Applications Engineer - Needham, MA
Repaired and redesigned existing materials management and financial
management software on UNIX workstation, including object code.  Also
responsible for upgrading customer software via modem.  Modified and
redesigned tools for analysis of different aspects of the accounting
system, including General Ledger, Inventory, and Accounts Payable.
