KEY PROJECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
*  TAXEXPERT
   -   Enhanced the document retrieval/search system to                  
       accommodate RTF, PDF and HTML documents in addition to text

   -   Converted TaxExpert to the look and feel of the MAX
       product line.
   -   Integrated outsourced code to provide links from Tax
       Guides (MS Help format) to other files on the TaxExpert CD,
       in addition to linking with the company Website.

   -   Generated 1040 and All States releases based on the
       latest TaxExpert version, requiring an extremely tight
       project lifecycle.
   -   Within 24-hours of discovering inoperable PDF viewer
       during final integration, located, evaluated, purchased and
       integrated an OCX replacement control.  This enabled
       delivery by the year-end deadline.
*   MAX SOFTWARE
   -   Successfully repaired defective VB6 QA tool for
       verifying accuracy of spreadsheets that form the backbone of
       the product.  Required learning relationships between the
       tool and the product, and accessing databases on ATX network
       in Maine.
*   OPIS REPORT (Oil and Petroleum Information Systems)
   -   Revised design, specifications and code, and completed
       testing.

Sole software developer with full lifecycle responsibility
for Kleinrock's Tax Library CD product, which became
TaxExpert.  (These CDs were revised and distributed every
month.)
*   Developed new software and maintained/updated software

    -   Transformed data from multiple sources (such as OCR 
        and MS Word) to tagged text (pseudo-SGML).
    -   Searched, retrieved and displayed content from the CD.
*   Assisted support group in resolving customers'
    technical issues.
*   Collaborated with production department manager and
    staff to create/ upgrade production tools.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

*   Contributed to sales growth from $2.5 million to $10
    million during this period, by adding products, upgrading to
    marketable technology and consistently meeting release
    deadlines.
*   Assumed development responsibilities previously
    performed by CEO, resulting in accolades from him for value
    added, including dynamic screen resizing and automatic
    updating of users' systems for new software components.
*   Converted CD software from 16-bit VB4 (Tax Library) to
    32-bit VB5 (TaxExpert).  Converted from DOS data handling to
    integrated 32-bit VB6.
*   Cost effectively expanded the product line using the
    same code base. Included products with content on
    California, New York, unemployment, fraud and HME (Health
    and Medical Equipment).
*   Prototyped Kleinrock.com in JavaScript and created tool
    that converted the Tax Research document library from text
    to HTML, using VB and Word VBA.
*   With production department, developed programs and
    Word/VBA/macros that improved text handling.  Converted the
    department's CD preparation/text manipulation programs from
    DOS to VB6.
