Online Content Services is for restructuring the website content of H & R Block website, developing J2EE applications on Weblogic Server and developing Tax Calculators for the 2007 Tax season using OpenLaszlo. The website content is stored in the Interwoven Teamsite Server and the tax calculators developed will be integrated with the Taxcut product.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Technical Lead, I was responsible for the following activities:
Coordinating with the Onsite Team for the OCS Project
Creating DeltaXML Web service and Client application to access the Web service
Developing CSA-OPT application using J2EE.

The Application for Loans from companies or Individuals are received at various branches or through e-portal, if the amount is within a specified limit, the same is approved at the branch, if the amount exceeds the authority limit, the application is routed to the main branch. The application flows through various branches/levels/users/entity before it is finally approved; this is achieved using IDM e-Process workflow.
