Project 1:  MMSB

 MMSB expand our rewards program by using World Point currency platform and recognize relationship in the point structure. Small Business Card will focus in innovation as a key pillar to drive growth and steal share in SB card marke= t. The key objective of the project is to introduce a new product leveraging  the World point currency in Bank of America (SRS systems) allowing us to create value proposition difficult to replicate in the market place by recognizing the customer relationship (amplifier) and house holding of points across different Consumer & Sma= ll Business Products.

 

Project 2: Alaska Enrollment Bonus

The purpose of this p= roject is to automate the process for awarding Bonus Enrollment miles to all Alaska, US and Canada consumer card accounts= upon approval. The project is expected to deliver automate bonus miles enrollmen= t at the account level based on source code and product type. This functionality should be flexible enough to utilize for additional co branded mileage prog= ram.

 

Proj= ect 3: Teller Application.<= /span>

 

In Bank of America w= orked on a teller application designed and developed for front office environment in Bank of America retail banking operation. As a front-end application, it is used by the tellers in the banking centers to process transactions of retail and business customer.=

 

Responsibilities:

·      =    Analyzed So= ftware and Business Requirements documents to get a better understanding of both M= BNA and Bank of America system from technical and business perspectives

  • Reported defects using Quality Center, also verified fixes and closed bugs during regression testing. This testing was done to ensure proper application functionality, data entry, processing, and interface stability with an established baseline for future tests.
  • Involved in crea= ting Test data, Test procedures, Test cases and documentatio= n.
  • Security/Access control testing was done to validate that user types can access only t= hose functions/data for which their user profiles are provided permissions = and system security was done to validate those users with access to the sy= stem and application(s) are permitted to access them.
  • Pulled source da= ta for UAT validation

·      =    Configurati= on testing was done to validate and verify that the client application functio= ns properly on the prescribed workstations.

·      =    Extensively involved in meetings and reviews to resolve issues related to open issue.
