I'm a senior-level technical writer with experience creating print and online documentation for a variety of high-tech products (both hardware and software). I also have experience creating policies and procedures in an IT environment, created and edited marketing materials as well as graphic design, desktop publishing and website development. My primary geographic focus is on the Chicago/Milwaukee corridor, but I am willing and able to work offsite for clients anywhere via telecommute and I will consider onsite work in other locations. If I work with a client via telecommute I'm open to travel to a non-local client site for meetings at the client's expense.

I have all the standard software tools necessary to create press-ready copy and/or online documentation (help files or Acrobat PDF files).
